Return Policy:

Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. You can submit your request hello@thetatvastore.com

Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

Usage: Products should remain unused and unwashed to maintain hygiene standards.

Exceptions: Items purchased during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged, or store credit will be issued.

Purchase Location: Items purchased offline at a pop-up or stall cannot be returned under any circumstances.Items purchased online must be returned or exchanged through the website.

Credit Note: Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the issuance date and cannot be converted to cash during this period.

Exchange Policy:

Restrictions: Once exchanged, further exchanges are not allowed. If you wish to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.

Payment: Any price differences during exchanges must be paid when making the request. Cash on delivery is not available for any orders.

Delivery: Exchange or replacement items will be sent to the same address as the original order.

Product Exchange:

  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid. If the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded as a credit note.
  • Multiple products cannot be exchanged for a single item; only one item can be exchanged per order.

Refund Policy:

Process: Refunds will be initiated after the product is received and passes The Tatva Store’s quality check.

Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days after verification depending on payment gateway and bank servers processing time.

Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will be processed after verification by The Tatva Store  team. You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order. In special cases, a credit note or replacement may be provided.
